Thank you for the awesome job you did in selling my condo. You were creative, helpful and incredibly responsive.
As you know, I was concerned about the fact that you were moving to South Carolina shortly after the condo was listed. I can honestly say that you all did a better job, despite being out of state, than a former realtor did who was based a few miles down the road!
Not only did we manage to sell in a very poor seller's market, you took care of every detail, including a last minute request to convert the sale to a 1031 exchange.

I made it!! I'm officially a Tucsonan. I'm getting all settled in my new home in the desert. What an experience this has been. . . . I have experienced so many new things!
