If you list your property with us, naturally we will be providing consultation on what you should do to prepare your home for sale at no additional charge. But when there are extra jobs that need doing, or you'd prefer to have someone else do what needs to be done, you can save time and stress by taking advantage of the convenience, peace of mind and high quality work that we can provide you that will get your property ready for sale as quickly as possible.

Painting - interior and exterior. Painting services include priming, preparation, repairing holes, removing wallpaper and custom faux finishes.

Landscaping services - lawn mowing, weed eating, blowing, raking, clearing off rooftops of homes/ garages, cleaning out gutters, pruning and trimming. Tractor services include grading, brush hogging, shrub removal and hauling excessive debris to the landfill.

Hauling furniture or debris to the landfill, storage units or anywhere in or around the Aiken area.

Minor repairs - repairing or replacing moldings, switches, knobs and other small repairs that are needed to polish your home up before putting it on the market to sell. Replacing light fixtures and/or ceiling fans.
